Refilling a 14.2 kg cylinder will now cost ₹803 in Delhi. For poor households who have gas connections under the Ujjwala scheme, the effective cost would be ₹503 as they get a subsidy of ₹300 per cylinder which other customers don’t. In March 2014, all customers received a subsidy and effectively paid ₹414 for a 14.2 kg refill in Delhi.
